CIES
 In
1992, the CIES (Ignatian Spirituality Center) was established,
in Salvador, in Bahia. CIES sees itself as a credible instrument for
the propagation, deepening, and improvement of the ministry of the
Spiritual Exercises, also in addition it articulates this ministry
for several initiatives, both of lay and Jesuit, in the spirit of Ignatian
spirituality, responding to the appeals and needs of the several groups
that share Jesuit spirituality, plus offering to these groups systematic
